Moog Inc. is seeking an EHS Project Manager to drive environmental compliance and sustainability for a new aerospace facility in the Philippines.

This hybrid role will coordinate environmental permits, design integration, and regulatory reporting across the project lifecycle, with oversight of LEED ambitions and liaising with regulators. You will lead EHS across design, construction, commissioning, and start-up, delivering safety, regulatory, and environmental goals while partnering with

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in environmental compliance or EHS roles in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine environmental legislation, permitting requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Experience developing and supporting environmental compliance programmes including reporting and inspections.
• Knowledge of pollution prevention, wastewater, hazardous waste management, chemical management, and EMS.
• Experience risk assessments, hazard identifications, and incident investigations with corrective actions.
• Strong project management and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Mansioni

• Serve as Pollution Control Officer (PCO) maintaining environmental compliance and permits.
• Lead environmental strategy embedding sustainability and regulatory compliance across design, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Act as liaison with DENR-EMB, PEZA, BCDA, and other authorities for regulatory compliance.
• Support LEED Platinum certification efforts with project teams.
• Provide EHS leadership across design, construction, commissioning, and start-up.
• Provide technical leadership for wastewater treatment, utilities, and process design.
• Manage environmental, health, safety, and fire permits and licensing per Philippine law.
• Oversee EHS in aerospace manufacturing including anodizing, chemical processing, penetrant inspection, blasting, hydraulic testing, wastewater.
• Interface between project team and Corporate EHS to align with global standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to meet milestones.
• Support equipment specification, procurement, installation, and commissioning with EHS requirements.
• Establish EHS management systems and governance for start-up and growth.
• Determine EHS org structure and resource needs for start-up and operations.
• Develop site EHS function to transition to EHS Operations.
