Job summary

Moog Inc. seeks an EHS Project Manager for a hybrid role in the Philippines, initially based in Baguio, transitioning to New Clark City.

You will lead environmental compliance as Pollution Control Officer, coordinate with regulators, and ensure regulatory reporting and registrations are up to date. You will guide the site’s environmental strategy, support LEED Platinum goals, manage permits and wastewater and hazardous waste programs, and work with project teams to embed EHS in design,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental field.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in environmental compliance, environmental management, or EHS roles within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine environmental legislation, permitting requirements, and regulatory compliance obligations.
• Experience developing, implementing, and supporting environmental compliance programmes, including regulatory reporting and permitting.
• Experience with wastewater treatment systems, hazardous waste management, and air/water/chemical controls.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Experience facilitating risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations.
• Aerospace, defence, MRO, electronics, or highly regulated manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pollution Control Officer and ensure environmental compliance.
• Lead environmental strategy, including sustainability and LEED goals.
• Coordinate with regulators and regulatory stakeholders for permits, reporting, and inspections.
• Provide EHS leadership across design, construction, commissioning and startup phases.
• Develop the site EHS function for startup and long-term operations.
