Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or environmental studies is required.
• Occupational Certificate in Health and Safety (OHS) is preferred.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of DENR/DOLE regulatory requirements is expected.
• Ability to collaborate cross functionally with stakeholders and vendors.
• Self-starter with motivation to deliver EHS value.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced, growing organization.
• Client-oriented with results-driven mindset.
• Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Computer skills; Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values: integrity, vigilance, excellence.
• Collate data and assist in regulatory reports for DENR/DOLE and others.
• Assist in creation of purchase orders for EHS operations.
• Conduct regular audits/inspections in Manila to verify compliance.
• Support EHS programing implementation and engagement activities.
• Liaise with HR, IT, BCP, Sustainability, Facilities, L&D to improve experience.
• Participate in developing a safe, healthy workplace for employees.
• Assist in EHS incident investigations and reporting.
