Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging in-person and digital learning materials for EHS training programs.
• Create training content that promotes workplace safety for regional and global audiences.
• Develop instructor-led training materials including PowerPoint presentations with voice over, facilitation guides, participant guides, and assessments.
• Produce or edit video content for training.
• Update training content to align with company and safety policies.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve training materials.
• Collaborate with EHS subject matter experts and Training Program Manager.
• Maintain consistent formatting, branding, and versioning in training materials.
