Vertiv, a global leader in critical digital infrastructure, seeks an Instructional Designer to develop engaging in-person and digital EHS training materials for Services and Manufacturing. This role creates content that promotes workplace safety for regional and global audiences, leveraging Articulate 360 and video tools.

The position requires a Bachelor's in instructional design or related field and 3–5 years of experience with strong English, collaboration, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience developing technical in-person and eLearning materials, preferably for Environmental Health and Safety.
• Knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety standards and regulations.
• Experience using eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360).
• Video creation/editing tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, Premiere are a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory models (ADDIE).
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsabilités

• Develop engaging eLearning modules and instructor‑led training materials.
• Create PowerPoint presentations with voiceover, facilitation guides, participant guides, and assessments.
• Develop job aids, reference guides, and flyers.
• Produce or edit video content.
• Update training content to align with policies and procedures.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback.
• Collaborate with EHS SMEs and Training Program Manager.
• Maintain consistent formatting, branding, and versioning.
