Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking an EHS professional to support our factory operations in safety administration. You will work with the Factory EHS In-charge to implement safety initiatives, conduct inspections, and coordinate audits to uphold safety standards.

You will identify risks, prepare safety reports, train staff and contractors, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations across the plant.

Qualifications

Knowledge of safety-related statutory regulations and GFR.
Ability to apply risk management techniques such as JSA/HIRA.
Capable of conducting accident investigations, safety audits and inspections.
Skilled in preparing timely EHS reports.
Comfortable delivering trainings/inductions.

Responsibilities

Work with Factory EHS In-charge to implement safety initiatives.
Conduct regular site inspections and monitor factory activities.
Coordinate internal/external safety audits and inspections.
Collaborate with EHS team to implement programs in the factory.
Coordinate with Contractors Safety Marshals to implement safety programs.
Assist in timely preparation and analysis of safety reports/statistics.
Identify key safety risks and carry out risk assessments for factory activities.
Coordinate with site departments for safety-related compliances.
Carry out safety training and inductions for staff/contractors.
