Job summary

WeConnect Technology is seeking an Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Delivery specialist to support projects in the Davao region. You will help ensure legal, customer and company EHS requirements are met and promote a strong safety culture aimed at Target Zero.

Key responsibilities include conducting compliance checks, site inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and training development to build competence among project teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with legal, customer, and company EHS requirements.
Conduct EHS compliance checks for projects and sites.
Perform permit-to-work reviews and verifications.
Support office and site regulatory requirements including Safety Officer activities.
Participate in EHS and project governance meetings and performance reviews.
Conduct EHS inspections, checks, and audits at project sites.
Perform site visits to verify EHS implementation and compliance.
Follow up and verify closure of corrective and preventive actions.
Assist in risk assessments and risk control measures.
Respond to EHS incidents and participate in investigations.
Analyze incident trends and recommend actions.
Define and support EHS roles and responsibilities for key project and supplier personnel.
Verify OHS certifications and competencies of project and supplier personnel.
Develop and support EHS training, induction, and refresher programs.
