Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions in Batangas is seeking an Environment, Health and Safety Administrative Assistant to support workplace safety, environmental compliance, and contractor management in a fast-paced FMCG setting. You will help maintain regulatory records and assist with safety programs.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, Safety Officer II certification, and 2–3 years of admin experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Must be at least a Safety Officer II.
• 2–3 years of administrative support experience in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or industrial operations.
• Exposure to EHS compliance, contractor management, or site safety coordination preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor and safety regulations (DOLE OSH Standards) an advantage.
• Strong documentation and reporting capability.
• High attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders (contractors, operations, management).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database systems.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills (for toolbox talks and briefings).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day contractor deployment to ensure compliance with site safety policies and production standards.
• Monitor attendance and output of contracted personnel.
• Coordinate shift schedules and task assignments aligned with production requirements.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings prior to shift deployment.
• Act as primary liaison between contracted workers, site operations, and management.
• Ensure contractors comply with safety standards, PPE and environmental protocols.
• Support onboarding and safety orientation of new contractors.
• Maintain EHS documentation, incident logs, and contractor records.
• Prepare reports on safety performance, manpower utilization, and compliance tracking.
• Keep documentation audit-ready for DOLE/DENR/LGU inspections.
• Assist in implementing environmental and occupational health programs.
• Provide admin support to the EHS Committee and contractor safety meetings.
• Support incident investigations via documentation and data consolidation.
• Maintain and update the EHS database management system.
