Job summary

Metacom Careers in the Philippines is seeking motivated, customer-oriented individuals to support customers in the education sector. You will assist with inquiries, provide accurate information, and maintain high service standards.

This on-site role requires a willingness to work a shifting schedule, including weekends/holidays if required, and a comfort with basic computer applications. BPO experience is a plus, fresh graduates may apply subject to qualifications and assessments.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer-oriented, patient, and willing to learn.
• Able to handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Willing to work on-site and follow a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
• Computer-literate and comfortable using basic computer applications.
• BPO or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and applicants without BPO experience may apply, subject to the account's qualifications and assessment results.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries related to educational services, products, and platforms.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Handle customer concerns professionally through the assigned communication channels.
• Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Meet performance targets and quality standards set by the account.
• Protect customer information and follow company policies and data privacy guidelines.
