Job summary

Gokongwei Brothers Foundation is seeking a Growth & Adoption Officer to drive institutional adoption of Educator Programs. The role focuses on onboarding education leaders, engaging them to participate, and ensuring effective implementation across regions and schools.

Responsibilities include monitoring adoption metrics, synthesizing insights, and coordinating with Partnerships, Program, Product, Technology, Communications, and Teacher Engagement teams to expand program reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years in stakeholder engagement, partnerships, or education programs.
• Experience with government agencies and schools is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Philippine basic education system is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, engage, activate, and follow through with school leaders.
• Monitor adoption and gather stakeholder insights.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support program adoption.
• Develop onboarding materials and resources.
• Prepare performance updates and recommendations.
