You will oversee a broad territory with proactive communication and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires exceptional communication, problem-solving, and product knowledge; work style combines independent initiative with teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in a customer-facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Educational Learning or Higher-Ed sector.
• Ability to manage projects within large organizations.

Aufgaben

• Drive retention and expansion by advising customers for platform adoption.
• Serve as primary contact for all accounts in your book of business.
• Conduct regular business reviews to measure success against goals.
• Proactively communicate platform updates and best practices to customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with state requirements.
