Job Description

EPO’s job may involve managing huge operational works at a time and allocating the relevant amount of time according to the value of the job.

• EDM/PMAC Operator and Iteration Manager (EPO) is responsible for managing, maintaining and operating all Electronic Direct Marketing (EDMs) messages in conjunction with Consumer Retention Manager.
• EPO works on Oracle Responsys platform and sets, maintains and sends eDMs as requested by Renewal Business Manager.
• Responsible for managing, maintaining and operating PMAC, direct messaging platform in conjunction with Renewal Business Manager.
• EPO should have the following abilities:

• Identifies resources the team will need to successfully deliver a project (i.e. people, tools and environments). Ensures the team understands their tasks, responsibilities, & deadlines within the iteration.
• Tracks iteration progress (day‑to‑day work), reports obstacles, ensures iteration commitment is fulfilled, points out bottlenecks.
• Provides Agile‑specific project status reporting, e.g. Iteration Burn‑down & Release Burn‑up charts and Feature progress.
• Works with Product Owners to define goals of releases/iterations via agile inceptions to ensure releases are well planned, structured and estimated.
• Interfaces with Product Owners for clarifications & prioritisation.
• Builds a team environment with people working together towards a common goal, focusing on team morale, encouraging an enjoyable working atmosphere and tracking team satisfaction.
• Meets with e‑commerce, renewal managers and marketing managers to discuss business objectives and requirements of the job.
• Estimates the time required to complete the work and provides internal quotes (T&M) for Trend Micro ANZ online business.
• Proofreads to produce accurate and high‑quality work.
• Works as part of a team with web developers, copywriters, e‑commerce, renewal and marketing managers, web developers and marketing specialists.
• Reports results.
• Performs all other duties asked by Director Online Sales – Consumer Business.
