Job summary

Trend Micro Manila is hiring an EDM/PMAC Operator (EPO) to manage and operate Electronic Direct Marketing messages in coordination with the Renewal Business Manager and cross-functional teams. You will work on the Responsys platform to set, maintain and send eDMs and help manage PMAC and direct messaging activities.

The role requires strong IT, HTML/CSS, and email distribution skills, plus excellent time management and teamwork to deliver on agile iterations and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate EDMs with the Consumer Retention Manager.
• Work on Oracle Responsys platform to set, maintain and send eDMs.
• Support PMAC operations and direct messaging with Renewal Business Manager.
• Meet deadlines, plan iterations, and track progress.
• Provide agile status reports and collaborate with Product Owners.
• Ensure team alignment and quality of deliverables.
