Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an Ecosystems Counsel to support the GSL teams aligned to Technology Strategic Partnering and Agency Resale. You will draft and negotiate a range of ecosystem-related documents, advise on agency accounting and third-party compensation, and coordinate with Legal and Corporate Functions to address risks across tax, data privacy, and marketing.

Minimum 8 years relevant experience, ideally in data and AI services.
Experience with technology services, emerging technologies, and offerings.
Broad transactional experience with IP provisions and risk mitigation.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders.

Responsibilities

Drafting and negotiating master alliances, teaming, subcontracts, agency resale, licenses, joint development, and ecosystem documents.
Advising on agency accounting and third party compensation matters (market development funds, revenue shares, referral fees).
Coordinating with Legal and Corporate Functions to address risks (tax, controllership, compliance, data privacy, marketing).
Supporting go-to-market issues and SME guidance to deal teams on third-party compensation and agency resale.
Evaluating prospective acquisition targets and advising on post-merger integration strategy for partnering and compensation matters.
