Job summary

Technians Softech Pvt Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic E-commerce Trainee to join our growing eCommerce team in the Philippines. You will gain hands-on experience managing online marketplaces, cataloging products, and supporting advertising across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, and other channels.

The role targets fresh graduates eager to learn digital commerce, analytics, and brand growth, with exposure to reports and dashboards, while collaborating with design and content teams for banners

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of eCommerce and online marketplaces.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Eagerness to learn digital marketing and eCommerce operations.
• Certification in Digital Marketing or E-commerce is a plus.
• Internship experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or marketplace operations will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
• Support catalog creation, product uploads, content optimization, and inventory updates.
• Monitor product performance, pricing, stock availability, and marketplace compliance.
• Assist in marketplace advertising campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for banners, creatives, and product content.
• Track sales, traffic, conversions, and campaign performance using reports and dashboards.
• Conduct competitor analysis and marketplace research.
• Support order management, customer query tracking, and operational coordination.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
