• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or operations.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Operations & Inventory Management: manage vendor details, SKU creation and PO lifecycles; coordinate stock movements; reconcile ERP vs 3PL data.
• Fulfillment & Sales Order Management: monitor order flow; investigate delays; communicate status updates with stakeholders.
• Seller Operation & Performance: ensure seller compliance; coach sellers; improve performance metrics.
• Continuous Improvement & Initiatives: roll out new WMP initiatives; analyze data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
