Job summary

Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. in Laguna seeks an experienced eDC Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce distribution center. You will ensure accurate order fulfillment, efficient warehouse management, and robust inventory controls to support our business. You will develop plans, drive KPIs, coach teams, and identify cost-saving improvements while upholding safety and regulatory standards, delivering reliable service to retail and online customers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 5 years in warehouse/distribution/logistics operations.
• 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in order fulfillment and KPI performance.
• Experience in eCommerce/Retail/FMCG is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Warehouse Operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient processing of customer orders.
• Develop and implement operational plans, processes, and improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, service levels, and overall O+O business performance.
• Drive warehouse and fulfillment KPIs, including inventory accuracy, order cycle time, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Lead and develop teams by providing effective leadership, coaching, and performance management to foster a high-performing culture.
• Identify and implement process improvement and cost-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards.
