This position requires 5–7 years in fulfillment/logistics with 2–3 years in leadership, plus hands-on e-commerce experience (Shopify, Magento, Anchanto, OMS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
• 5–7 years progressive experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain with at least 2–3 years in managerial or leadership position.
• Direct experience in e-commerce operations: order processing, inventory management, shipping and returns.
• Knowledge in managing warehouses, 3PL partners and/or fulfillment centers.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling operations (handling order volume growth and seasonal spikes).
• Expertise with major ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Anchanto Solutions) and order management system (OMS).
• Knowledgeable in using and implementing inventory and warehouse management systems.

• Relevant certifications are a plus.
• A minimum of 5-7 years progressive experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain roles with at least 2-3 years in managerial or leadership position.
• Direct experience in e-commerce operations: order processing, inventory management, shipping and return systems and best practices.
• Knowledge in managing warehouses, 3PL partners and/or fulfillment centers.
