Job summary

Visa is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to partner with the eBilling, budgeting, and vendor management teams. You will help manage the eBilling platform, oversee law firm onboarding, and support financial reporting and analytics across the global spend program.

The role emphasizes accurate spend tracking, process improvements, and collaboration with outside counsel and finance teams to drive scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Legal Operations, eBilling, vendor management, financial operations, accounts payable, procurement, or a related field.
• Experience with eBilling platforms (e.g., TyMetrix 360°) and working with law firms or vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of TyMetrix 360° eBilling platform and onboarding of law firms/vendors.
• Assist with billing operations, invoice workflows, and issue resolution.
• Maintain billing guidelines, rate structures, and system data.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to monitor legal spend and vendor performance.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, accruals, and financial reporting.
