Qualifications

• Mandarin, Japanese and English conversational to proficient required.
• Experience in manufacturing and production management preferred.
• Injection molding precision manufacturing experience advantageous.
• Open to on-site work in Bataan.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations to meet targets, quality, and delivery.
• Oversee plastic injection molding processes, planning, and workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate with Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients, suppliers, and partners on production needs.
• Serve as liaison between local staff and Mandarin/Japanese management for clear communication.
• Monitor production performance, machine utilization, material consumption, and manpower.
