Qualifications

• Must speak Mandarin, Japanese, and English at a conversational to proficient level.
• Open to undergraduates with relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Having related experience as a Production Manager.
• Having related experience in the injection molding or precision manufacturing industry is a big plus.
• Open to other manufacturing industries.
• Open to considering on-site work in Bataan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring production targets, product quality, and delivery schedules are met.
• Manage and monitor plastic injection molding processes, production planning, and workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate with Japanese- and Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and business partners regarding production requirements, product specifications, and operational concerns.
• Serve as a liaison between local employees and Mandarin- or Japanese-speaking management to ensure clear communication and smooth coordination.
• Monitor production performance, machine utilization, material consumption, and manpower allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
