J-K Netwok Services in the Philippines is seeking a Japanese-Mandarin Customer Sales Manager to drive sales in the manufacturing sector. The role focuses on expanding the customer base among Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients and coordinating with local teams to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has multilingual proficiency (Mandarin, Japanese, English) and experience in sales within manufacturing, preferably in injection molding or precision manufacturing.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent or proficient in Mandarin, Japanese and English.
• Open to undergraduates with relevant manufacturing experience.
• Experience as a Sales Manager is preferred.
• Experience in injection molding or precision manufacturing is a big plus.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bataan.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with local and international clients, especially Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, suppliers, and partners.
• Communicate and negotiate with Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients regarding product specs, pricing, quotes, and delivery schedules.
• Promote the company's plastic injection molding products and capabilities to potential customers.
• Serve as liaison between Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients and local management for effective communication.
