Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in the Philippines seeks a Mandarin-Japanese Sales Manager to drive revenue and growth for our precision plastic injection molding solutions. This on-site role in Bataan targets building a robust client base among Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking customers and coordinating with local management to ensure smooth delivery and pricing negotiations.

The position calls for multilingual communication, sales experience in manufacturing, and willingness to work in a dayshift schedule

Qualifications

• Fluent or proficient in Mandarin, Japanese and English.
• Open to undergraduates with relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Sales management experience in the injection molding or precision manufacturing sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company’s customer base in the manufacturing industry.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with local and international clients, particularly Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, suppliers, and business partners.
• Communicate and negotiate with Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients regarding product specifications, pricing, quotations, sales agreements, and delivery schedules.
• Promote the company’s plastic injection molding products, components, and manufacturing capabilities to potential customers.
• Serve as a liaison between Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients and local management to facilitate effective communication and business coordination.
