Job summary

RTX is seeking an EASA Compliance Specialist to assure organizational conformity with EASA regulatory requirements. The role focuses on gap analyses, procedure development, and training oversight to help readiness for new projects and products.

The candidate will maintain regulatory alignment, develop manuals and work instructions, and coordinate audits with internal and external stakeholders to support continuous improvement and safety culture in aerospace manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation, Quality, or a related field.
• 6+ years in Quality Engineering / QMS roles within aerospace or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of EASA regulations including Part-IS, AMC, and GM.
• Experience performing regulatory gap analyses and compliance assessments.
• Experience developing procedures, manuals, and training materials.
• Prior aerospace/aviation-regulated experience preferred.
• Experience leading audits and managing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews and gap analyses of applicable EASA requirements, including AMC, GM, Part-IS.
• Identify compliance gaps and define corrective actions to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Support EASA readiness activities for new projects, products, or program introductions.
• Develop, update, and maintain manuals, procedures, and work instructions for compliance.
• Update site procedures as required and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Develop and deliver regulatory training, including EASA Training content.
