Job summary

RTX is seeking an EASA Compliance Specialist to ensure regulatory alignment across projects and products. You will lead gap analyses, develop procedures, and oversee training to maintain readiness for EASA, FAA, and other regulatory bodies.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management to drive compliant solutions, manage audits, and implement corrective actions while maintaining documentation and audit readiness across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation, Quality, or related field.
• 6+ years in Quality Engineering / QMS roles in aerospace/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of EASA regulations, including Part-IS, AMC, and GM.
• Experience performing regulatory gap analysis and compliance assessments.
• Experience developing procedures, manuals, and training materials.
• Prior aerospace or aviation-regulated experience preferred.
• Experience leading audits and managing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance & Gap Analysis: EASA regulations, AMC, GM; identify gaps and define corrective actions.
• Documentation, Procedure and Business System Management: Develop and maintain manuals and procedures; ensure audit readiness.
• Training & Competency Development: Develop and deliver regulatory training; align content with requirements.
• Stakeholder & Program Support: Act as SME for EASA/FAA; coordinate with Ops, Eng, Q&A and PSO; support audits and responses.
