Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Philippines Hybrid role seeks an EASA Compliance Specialist to ensure regulatory alignment across projects, maintaining readiness for new products and audits.

You will lead gap analyses, develop procedures, and deliver regulatory training to cross-functional teams.

This position emphasizes attention to detail, strong documentation, and collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation, Quality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years experience in Quality Engineering / QMS roles (or equivalent) within an aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of EASA regulations, including Part-IS, AMC, and GM.
• Experience performing regulatory gap analysis and compliance assessments.
• Experience developing procedures, manuals, and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews and gap analyses of applicable EASA requirements, including but not limited to EASA Regulations, AMC, and GM.
• Identify compliance gaps and define corrective actions to ensure full regulatory alignment.
• Support EASA readiness activities for new projects, products, or program introductions.
• Develop, update, and maintain manuals, procedures, and work instructions to ensure compliance with EASA and internal requirements.
• Update site procedures as required.
• Ensure documentation is audit-ready and aligned with regulatory expectations.
• Develop and deliver regulatory training, including but not limited to EASA Regulatory Training.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (Operations, Engineering, Quality, Program Management, PSO, etc) to support compliance and readiness objectives.
• Assist with internal and external audits, including preparation of evidence and responses.
