Job summary

Shoeciety Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to handle customer inquiries, assist online buyers, and monitor orders across our digital platforms.

You will manage product listings, pricing, and order updates on e-commerce channels, including Shopify and social media shops. You will respond promptly on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and other channels, coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams, and support campaigns to drive sales while delivering a positive JOJO BRAGAIS brand experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.
• Senior High School graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience in customer service, online selling, e-commerce, retail sales, or social media management is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and other social media tools.
• Experience handling online orders, product listings, customer inquiries, or e-commerce transactions is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and learning new systems and tools.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with product information, sizing, pricing, availability, promotions, and order concerns.
• Process, update, and monitor customer orders from inquiry to fulfillment.
• Manage and monitor orders and product information through Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
• Assist in managing and monitoring Meta platforms and accounts, including Facebook and Instagram.
• Follow up with customers and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and sales records.
• Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, and other departments regarding customer orders and product availability.
• Recommend products, promote ongoing campaigns, and identify opportunities to help achieve sales targets.
• Monitor customer interactions and online sales activities to ensure timely and accurate responses.
• Assist in maintaining accurate product listings, pricing, availability, and other relevant information across e-commerce platforms.
• Escalate customer concerns and order-related issues when necessary.
• Help maintain a positive and consistent customer experience that reflects the JOJO BRAGAIS brand.
