ByteDance E‑Commerce invites high‑potential MBA and Master’s graduates to join a full‑time Accelerated Development Program (ADP). From Day 1 you rotate across strategy, analytics, category growth, operations, and special projects over 18–24 months, gaining hands-on experience and leadership exposure.

Upon completion, you will be positioned to lead strategic initiatives or operating roles within ByteDance E‑Commerce, contributing to the growth of our dynamic digital commerce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA from overseas university.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and structured problem solving.
• Clear and effective communication across diverse teams.
• Strong interest in e‑commerce, digital platforms, or tech‑driven growth.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across key business functions to gain end‑to‑end exposure to strategy, analytics, operations and growth.
• Partner with business, operations, category, product and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Support go‑to‑market strategies and platform level growth projects.
• Build relationships with sellers, creators, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
