Job summary

VA Masters is seeking an experienced E-commerce Customer Support & Operations Specialist to own daily store operations. You will handle customer emails, manage orders end-to-end in WooCommerce, liaise with suppliers, and research new products for the catalogue.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience running an online store, familiarity with WordPress, and strong written English for customer-facing support.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce or dropshipping operations — not general admin work.
• Direct working experience with WooCommerce for order management, product uploads, inventory updates, and refunds
• Working knowledge of WordPress dashboard and product page editing
• Excellent written English fit for customer-facing email support
• Track record owning end-to-end order management including shipping problems, returns, and refunds

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries by email spanning order status, shipping timelines, product questions, returns, and refunds
• Run the full order lifecycle in WooCommerce, including processing, fulfilment, tracking, cancellations, and refunds
• Liaise with suppliers on order placement, stock availability, and shipping timelines
• Address shipping exceptions such as delays, lost parcels, and damaged deliveries
• Handle returns, replacements, and refunds per store policy
• Research and source new products weighing cost, quality, shipping reliability and margins
• Build and manage product listings in WooCommerce and WordPress (titles, descriptions, images, variations, pricing, inventory)
• Monitor recurring customer complaints and raise product/supplier quality issues early
• Keep records of orders, customer tickets, and supplier correspondence
• Maintain inventory and product data accuracy across the store
