• E-Commerce: Manage and update online store listings, pricing, and promotions; monitor order fulfillment, inventory levels, and customer inquiries across e-commerce platforms; and track sales performance to recommend improvements.
• Business Development: Assist in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, channels, and partnerships; support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials for prospective clients and partners.
• Key Accounts: Coordinate with existing key retail and distribution accounts to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and resolution of account concerns; assist in preparing account performance reports and trade marketing activities.
• Administrative Support: Prepare sales and marketing reports, maintain accurate records, and provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing team.
• Other duties: Perform other reasonable tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time, including fieldwork and travel as required by the role.
