Job summary

Safestep Philippines is hiring for an on-site Customer Engagement & Sales Associate in Bulacan. You will respond to inquiries on Lazada, Shopee, and social platforms, promote products, and manage online orders from our warehouse to customers.

The role emphasizes data-driven sales strategies, listing optimization, and performance tracking. 1–3 years in e-commerce or digital marketing is preferred, with a Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process online orders and coordinate with warehouse to ensure timely delivery.

• Customer Engagement: Respond to client inquiries, complaints, and feedback across various platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Facebook) in a timely and professional manner. [1 ]

• Platform Familiarity: Proficiency in navigating e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon) and social media channels.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build rapport and handle complex online customer queries.
• Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace, and experience with CRM or web analytics
• Preferably a resident of Meycauayan and Marilao or nearby areas.
