Job summary

Toys"R"Us Philippines is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Pickaroo) and the Shopify storefront. You will drive campaigns, optimize product assortment, and coordinate with platform partners to hit targets.

The role requires strong inventory planning, data analysis, and monthly reporting to guide action plans and achieve KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce.
• Experience managing marketplace platforms and campaigns.
• Proficiency with Shopify-based e-commerce operations.
• Ability to analyze data and generate action plans.
• Strong coordination with platform partners and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Pickaroo, etc. and formulate strategies to achieve business target
• In-charge of the e-commerce website (Shopify) and its day-to-day operations
• Execute campaigns and marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversion rate, and sales
• Closely coordinate with platform counterparts to ensure campaigns and strategies are carried out accordingly
• Ensure product assortment are competitive, up-to-date, and aligned with the channel strategy
• Monitor inventory level and create demand planning to have high availability-to-purchase (ATP) for each platform
• Generate monthly reports and analyze data for any recommendation and action plans.
• Daily monitoring of sales and stores managed to reach monthly KPIs
• Preparation of documents needed on handled platforms (memos, BSPs, activities, etc.)
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and day-to-day operations
• With 5+ years experience in e-commerce
