Job summary

ByteDance E-Commerce invites high-potential MBA and Master’s graduates to join its Accelerated Development Program (ADP). You will rotate across strategy, analytics, category growth, operations and special projects over 18 to 24 months, gaining hands-on operating experience and exposure to senior stakeholders.

From Day 1 you will be a full-time employee, owning meaningful projects and developing commercial, analytical, and leadership capabilities to drive growth in a dynamic digital commerce

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA from an overseas university.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and rapid learning.
• Clear and effective communication across diverse teams.
• Strong interest in e‑commerce, digital platforms, or technology‑driven business growth.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across selected e‑commerce business functions to gain end‑to‑end exposure to strategy, analytics, category growth, operations, and cross‑functional project execution.
• Partner with business, operations, category, product, and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Support the design and execution of go‑to‑market strategies, category initiatives, and platform level growth projects.
• Use data and business analysis to monitor performance, evaluate opportunities, and build recommendations for business leaders.
• Own workstreams within high impact projects, including problem definition, stakeholder alignment, and execution planning.
