Job summary

ByteDance Philippines invites applications for a Campaign Management Project Intern to support end-to-end campaign execution and data-driven performance tracking in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

You will assist in data tracking, cleaning, and basic analysis, helping maintain trackers and dashboards. The role includes coordinating timelines, voucher creation, and producing simple visual assets with Figma or Canva, collaborating with Category, Content, and Creator teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.
• Familiarity with Figma and/or Canva for simple designs or presentations.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, basic analysis).
• Interest in data analytics and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Assist in campaign data tracking and reporting to monitor performance metrics such as GMV, orders, participation, and achievement rates.
• Support data cleaning, validation, and basic analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Help maintain and improve campaign trackers and dashboards for accuracy and usability.
• Assist in project coordination, including timeline tracking, voucher creation, task follow-ups, and documentation.
• Create basic visual assets or presentation materials using Figma and/or Canva for internal reporting or campaign support.
• Support post-campaign reviews by organizing data and insights into structured summaries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Category, Content, and Creator teams.
