Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for our e‑commerce warehouse in Batangas. You will oversee inventory accuracy, optimize workflows, and lead efforts to ensure data integrity across system records, stock, and bin locations.

You will conduct regular audits, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with inbound, outbound, and front-end teams to support operations and data maintenance. Strong leadership and Mandarin language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or above; major in Logistics Management or related fields is preferred.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse management or inventory control.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in e-commerce warehouse operations and experienced in using WMS (Warehouse Management System) software.
• Work Ethic: Strong awareness of data accuracy with a rigorous and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced MS Excel and other office software; possesses solid data processing and analysis skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Execution: Highly responsible with strong execution skills; able to complete inventory audits and variance resolution on schedule.
• Leadership: Proven experience in managing teams of 50+ personnel.
• Language: Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Accuracy Management: Oversee inventory accuracy within the e-commerce warehouse, ensuring alignment between system records, physical stock, and bin location data.
• Process Optimization: Implement and refine inventory management workflows, enforcing strict control and accurate documentation of all inbound and outbound movements.
• Stock Audits: Conduct regular inventory counts (monthly, quarterly, and annual) to verify stock precision and completeness.
• Variance Analysis: Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement timely corrective actions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Inbound, Outbound, and Front-end Operations teams to provide inventory data and operational support.
• Product Data Maintenance: Assign codes and manage data entry for non-barcoded products to ensure the integrity and accuracy of item information.
• Quality Assurance & Auditing: Audit key operational processes such as put-away and picking to ensure inventory accuracy; inspect outbound goods to guarantee product quality and integrity prior to shipment.
• Additional Duties: Undertake other inventory-related tasks and assignments as directed by management.
