Job summary

Earth Homecare Philippines is seeking an on-site E-commerce Planner with 2–3 years of experience to lead planning, budgeting, and platform management in Greenhills, San Juan. The role focuses on driving sales, campaigns, and customer service across all platforms.

The ideal candidate will be data-driven with strong digital marketing knowledge and excellent communication skills, capable of coordinating with multiple departments to optimize performance and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related course.
• 2–3 years of work experience in e-commerce.
• Knowledgeable in Digital Marketing.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Creative, dynamic and flexible.
• Willing to work on-site in Greenhills, San Juan area.

Responsibilities

• Business Planning and Execution – Develops and executes e-commerce plans, monitors and evaluates sales performance of all e-commerce platforms.
• Budget and Target Setting – Manages budgetary ad/promo spend allocation for all e-commerce activities, develops and monitors monthly sales targets.
• Platform Management – Manages all e-commerce platforms including driving sales, managing and executing campaigns, and ensuring good customer service; oversees daily operations and store/page updates.
• Marketing and Communication – Conceptualizes and implements strategies for advertising and marketing communications on the platforms.
• Promotions – Plans and evaluates marketing initiatives such as voucher discounts, live selling, affiliate marketing, etc.
• Market Research – Conducts market analyses to validate new products in e-commerce, provides insights on competitor activities.
• Online Store Merchandising – Designs store-in-store layout, banners and ecommerce ad materials.
• Pricing – Monitors pricing movements of competitors and recommends pricing strategies.
• Inventory coordination – Works with other departments and third-party agencies on inventory management.
• Sales data reporting – Reviews, analyzes and reports sales-related data.
• Administrative – Prepares presentations and performs related e-commerce duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
