Aboitiz Foods is seeking an E-commerce Specialist to grow and optimize the Pet Food portfolio across all online platforms in the Philippines. Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, you will coordinate store setup, content updates, pricing, inventory, and campaigns with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years E-commerce operations or digital advertising experience.
• Proficient with Lazada, Shopee and TikTok Seller Center platforms.
• Analytical mindset with experience using GA4, Excel and data visualization tools.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot strategies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Store Management: Execute end-to-end online store setup and maintenance, including content updates, pricing alignment and inventory monitoring.
• Campaign Calendar Support: Collaborate with the E-commerce Manager to implement and execute the campaign calendar across marketplaces.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics (GMV, Net Sales, Conversion), track livestream and affiliate GMV and prepare reports.
• Financial Alignment: Track online receivables and coordinate with internal teams for timely account settlements.
• Platform Operations: Maintain day-to-day coordination with marketplace Account Managers and digital-pet retailers.
• Stock & Inventory Coordination: Work with Supply & Warehousing to monitor stock levels and replenishment.
• Influencer & KOL Engagement: Support identification and engagement of digital KOLs/affiliates to drive store traffic.
• Campaign Execution: Set up and launch online sales campaigns and promotions.
• Market Monitoring: Track competitor activities, pricing trends and promotional mechanics.
• Customer Experience: Address online inquiries and complaints to ensure high platform ratings.
• Leadership & Engagement: Guide creative and performance teams to develop assets for promotions.
• Platform Alliance: Coordinate with marketplace representatives on daily tasks and campaigns.
• Company Programs: Participate in quality, safety, sustainability and CSR initiatives.
• General Support: Assist the E-commerce Manager as needed.
