Iontech Inc. in the Philippines seeks a hands-on E-commerce Specialist to manage online sales channels across Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and TikTok Shop.

You will coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure timely execution of all e-commerce activities and maintain relationships with local and multinational brands. The role requires a Bachelor degree, an entrepreneurial mindset, and at least 2 years of proven E-commerce experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree is required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset is required.
• At least 2 years proven experience in E-Commerce / Online Retails.
• In depth knowledge in E-commerce industry.

Responsibilities

• Manages and tracks orders from E-commerce platforms (Lazada/Shopee/Zalora Marketplace/Tiktok Shop)
• Works with the fulfillment team to support and manage execution of all e-commerce activities
• Handles local and multinational brands and executes all its e-commerce activities
• Do creative production that included product shoots, creation of campaign paraphernalia
• Formulates monthly sale campaigns
• Product proposal to principals
• Acts as the key interface between the customer and all relevant division
