Job summary

Faccelove is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to deliver excellent online support for our growing ecommerce operations. You will handle emails, resolve order- and product-related issues, and use Zendesk to manage tickets while coordinating with the team on Slack.

The ideal candidate has strong written communication, experience with Zendesk, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and a background in ecommerce support. Availability seven days a week is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication skills are required.
• Proven experience answering customer emails is required.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Zendesk or similar tools is required.
• Experience using Shopify is required.
• Background in e-commerce customer support is required.
• Familiarity with Slack or similar communication platforms is preferred.
• Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented; able to work independently.
• Must be consistently available, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries primarily via email in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and order-related issues.
• Provide accurate information about products, orders, and policies.
• Manage and organize customer support tickets using Zendesk or similar tools.
• Assist with order tracking, returns, and refunds through Shopify.
• Collaborate with the team via Slack and other communication platforms.
• Maintain a positive and helpful brand voice in all interactions.
