The Corporate Institute is seeking a Manager – Commercial E-commerce to oversee the financial and commercial aspects of our e-commerce and B2B activities. The role emphasizes ownership of transactions, receivables, provisions and audit readiness, with collaboration across Finance, E-commerce, IT and Sales.

The ideal candidate is a CA with 4+ years in commercial/e-commerce finance, proficient in SAP and ERP platforms, and capable of driving automation and process improvement across functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial finance for e-commerce or B2B businesses.
• Proven ability to analyse large datasets and drive corrective actions.
• Experience automating processes and digitising cross-functional workflows.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and audit requirements.
• Ability to document processes clearly for transparency and compliance.
• Experience coordinating with Finance, IT, E-commerce, Sales and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own e-commerce financial transactions including sales, returns, receivables and provisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, E-commerce, IT, Sales, and external partners to ensure accuracy and governance.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive cross-functional digitisation projects.
• Ensure timely closure of audit observations and maintain documentation standards.
• Build relationships across departments to drive outcomes and controls.
• Maintain high accuracy in high-volume transactions and spot inconsistencies.
