Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in E-Commerce Account Management.
• Experience with e-commerce analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing principles and best practices.
• Proven track record of growing social media engagement and followers.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and time management skills; passion for the industry.
• Ability to work and collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a media plan for NAD and/or its clients.
• Create engaging content that resonates with target audience.
• Manage TikTok accounts and live content and data.
• Manage and schedule content across platforms.
• Serve as the primary contact to facilitate and maintain professional relationships between the client and the company.
• Attend to and propose solutions aligned with the clients' service requests.
• Analyze e-commerce performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest e-commerce trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments on marketing initiatives.
• Will be trained to perform ad hoc tasks inline with the department and accounts handled.
