Job summary

Pet Plus Global Marketing Corporation in Manila is seeking an E-Commerce Account Associate to support and grow our online business accounts. You will assist with product listings, promotions, order monitoring, and resolving account concerns, while helping existing clients expand and attract new customers.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, with familiarity in Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, and proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. Willing to be assigned in Binondo, Manila.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related course.
• Experience in B2B sales, e-commerce, account management or customer service.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other office applications.

Manages and supports business customers who sell products through e-commerce platforms. The role involves assisting with product listings, promotions, order monitoring and account concerns, while developing existing accounts, finding new customers, and achieving sales targets.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or any related course.
• With experience in B2B sales, e-commerce, account management or customer service
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Basic knowledge of product listing, online promotions, order processing, and inventory monitoring.
