Job summary

Cencora Global Consulting Solutions Philippines Corp. seeks a detail‑oriented administrator to manage end‑to‑end project setup in MS Dynamics 365, maintain master and transactional data, and coordinate quotations with opportunity owners.

The role supports global operations, drives process improvements, collaborates with PMs, IT, Finance and HR, and ensures accurate reporting. A background in IT or accounting with 1+ year experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in IT strategy, planning, operations, governance, portfolio management, service delivery, or a related field required.
• Certification in IT service management (e.g., ITIL) preferred.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Scaled Agile Framework Scrum Master (SAFe) or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project and Quotation Set-up and Maintenance of Cencora GCS Projects within MS Dynamics 365, including Preparation of Project Structure and Work Breakdown Structure.
• Generation of Sales Price, Billing Schedule, Billing Rules, Milestone Allocation and Transaction Adjustment.
• Preparation of Journals for Hours, and Items; Management of Project Contract, Terms of Payment and PO Budget.
• Tracking of Hours and Cost; Project Closure; Timesheet Delegation; Quotation processing and coordination with Opportunity Owners.
• Daily entry of key data in trackers/SharePoint; identify process improvements; report preparation for stakeholders.
