Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Specialist for Project Set-up and Maintenance in Makati to ensure accurate end-to-end setup, administration and maintenance of GCS projects. You will coordinate quotations, manage project contracts, and drive process improvements within a global team.

The role requires 1+ year in invoicing or accounting, strong English, and IT/system background. A multilingual, collaborative environment awaits in Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ year of proven invoicing or accounting processes or comparable education like IT or system background.
• First experience with invoicing and basic accounting procedures
• Certification in IT service management (e.g., ITIL) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project and Quotation Set-up and Maintenance of Cencora GCS Projects within MS Dynamics 365.
• Preparation of Project Structure, Work Breakdown Structure, Project Team and Scheduling, Financial Dimensions.
• Generation of Sales Price, Billing Schedule, Billing Rules, Milestone Allocation and Transaction Adjustment.
• Preparation of Journals for Hours, and Items.
• Management of Project Contract, Terms of Payment and Purchase Order.
• Budget Creation and Tracking of Hours and Cost.
• Project Closure.
• Setup of Timesheet Delegation.
• Quotation processing, submission and coordination with Opportunity Owners.
