Job summary

Accenture Inc. in Manila is seeking an Application Developer to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that meet business requirements and improve customer processes.

You will develop and customize Dynamics 365 CRM, integrate with other systems, configure the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience in CRM modules like Customer Service, Sales, Field Service or Customer Insight Journey.
• Strong understanding of CRM development principles and best practices.
• Experience in customizing and configuring CRM solutions.
• Knowledge of CRM integration with other systems and applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot CRM issues.
• Hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Experience with .Net Development and SQL Server familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design of software configuration and customization using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business process design and application requirements.
• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
