Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (Software Engineer) to design, develop, configure, and support Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that empower business teams and improve operations. Responsibilities

• Design and build Dynamics 365 solutions including plugins, workflows, and integrations.
• Configure and extend Dynamics 365 applications using native features and Power Platform.
• Develop system integrations and support data modeling, migration, and data quality management.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and release management.

About the Role:

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions to enable business capabilities and improve operational efficiency. This role collaborates with product teams, business stakeholders, and technical leads to ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality CRM solutions aligned with enterprise standards. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Development: Design and build Dynamics 365 solutions, including custom components, plugins, workflows, and integrations
• Customization & Configuration: Configure and extend Dynamics 365 applications using native features and Power Platform capabilities
• Integration & Data: Develop system integrations and support data modeling, migration, and data quality management
• Delivery Execution: Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and release management
• Support & Maintenance: Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement enhancements to improve system stability and performance
• Collaboration: Work with business analysts, product owners, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Governance & Quality: Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and enterprise architecture guidelines

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in:

• C#, .NET, JavaScript
