Job summary

Stafflink Express is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst to support and enhance our Dynamics 365 CRM platform. You will partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into effective CRM solutions that improve customer experience and business operations.

The role focuses on configuring CRM components, designing business processes, and driving user adoption through training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business or related field.
2–3 years hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM experience.
Experience in Customer Service or Sales modules.
Strong CRM process understanding and requirements analysis.
Experience configuring Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, workflows and security.
Familiarity with Dataverse, Power Automate, and Agile delivery.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills.
Nice-to-have: CS Workspace, Omnichannel, Power Apps and broader Power Platform.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.
Configure Dynamics 365 CRM components: tables, forms, views, dashboards, rules, security roles.
Design and optimize CRM processes for customer service and operations.
Support workflow automation using Dynamics 365 and Power Automate.
Conduct functional testing, coordinate UAT, and validate solutions.
Provide end-user training and troubleshooting support.
Collaborate with development teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
Drive initiatives to increase user adoption and efficiency.
