Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3) is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst to support and enhance our Dynamics 365 CRM platform. You will translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions, work with stakeholders, and drive operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, business analysis, requirements gathering, testing, and user support, with a solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, or similar CRM modules.
• Strong understanding of CRM business processes and requirements analysis.
• Hands-on experience configuring Tables/Entities, Forms and Views, Business Rules, Workflows, Security Roles.
• Familiarity with Dataverse and Power Automate.
• Experience with functional testing and UAT coordination.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM, including tables/entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and security roles.
• Analyze and optimize CRM and customer service business processes.
• Support workflow automation using Dynamics 365 and Power Automate.
• Conduct functional testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, training, and system guidance.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, process optimization, and increased user adoption.
• Assist with CRM data, integrations, migration activities, and related operational requirements.
