Job summary

Tasq Work is seeking an Application Developer to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will develop and implement CRM solutions to enhance customer relationships and streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience in CRM modules such as Customer Service, Sales, Field Service or Customer Insight Journey.
• Strong understanding of CRM development principles and best practices.
• Experience in customizing and configuring CRM solutions.
• Knowledge of CRM integration with other systems and applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in CRM applications.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Experience with .Net Development and familiarity with SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing software configuration and customization using Dynamics 365 CRM to meet requirements.
• Work independently and act as an SME.
• Participate in team discussions and contribute solutions.
