Job summary

DHL Express (Philippines) Corporation is seeking a dedicated Picker / Dispatcher to join our warehouse team. You will check and dispatch items, ensure accuracy of picked quantities, and support inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include inventory management, quality inspection before packing, operating pallet jacks and other equipment safely, collaborating with supervisors, and following established procedures to promote efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge in warehousing operations.

Responsibilities

• Check and Dispatch items to respective forwarder per area
• Ensure accuracy in selecting the correct items and quantities
• Pick orders per assigned task
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by reporting discrepancies
• Participate in regular inventory counts and audits
• Inspect items for damage or defects before packing
• Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely
• Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to address picking issues
• Follow established picking procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Keep the work area organized and clean to promote safety and efficiency
• Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements
